Recurring service or what it’s often called, “Regular Cleaning,” “Basic Cleaning,” or “Housekeeping” offers routine visits to your home.
You can set up regular visits to clean your home. The most common option is bi-weekly cleaning, but there are options that are more consistent. Daily cleaning is hardly ever requested, however, 3-times a week, weekly, and monthly visits are other options that customers choose.
Schedule weekly visits, and Recurring Services could be up to 30% less than the First-time Cleaning; Schedule bi-weekly visits, and cleaning services could be 25% less than First-time Cleaning. If you decide to schedule monthly services, then it could be 20% less than the First-time Cleaning.
With any routine, a First-time cleaning visit sets the stage for Regular Cleaning. The more consistent visits are the less time is needed to clean your home, thus, the less you have to pay for each visit.
Recurring service is the basic cleaning of your home.
Some of the things that are not included in our Recurring service are cleaning ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, doors, and walls. Since these items are not cleaned on the regular basis, we include them in our Deep cleaning service or upon request.
